Welcome to the skills hub.
Here’s where ‘just riding’ stops and creativity begins.
Keen for focused improvements? We understand as riders we will always have a preference towards what we want to ride more of - so we have narrowed it down for you, so you can hit the spots you’ve been aiming for.
Our aim with these lessons is to spark creativity! So you you’re not just riding - but finding flow, consistency and more importantly having the most fulfilling time riding your bike.

GRADIENT:
THE ROCK ROLLS AND DROPS CLASS.
-
Transforms your riding to tackle steeps and drop offs with skill and efficiency so you don’t have to think - just ride.
This is a lesson with 2 halves.
First we focus on rock rolls, where we understand and implement stable yet powerful movements on changing gradients - that make steeper terrain, a long standing challenge that is finally accomplished.
This primes us really well to tackle the 2nd half: Drops - where we learn to manage pressure through active compression and understand the ‘when’ and ‘how much’ to different types of drops, in relation to their speed, size and shape. -
